TO DO

1) 93rd Realtors Home & Garden Show (all ages)
All weekend: Wisconsin Expo Center at State Fair Park (West Allis); 10am – 8pm ($8 entrance, $6 parking)

The second weekend of the Realtors Home & Garden Show will end strong, showing both new and old homeowners just how junky their current abode is. Seriously though, we went last week and picked up a million new ideas on how to improve our house. Outdoor pool table, anyone?

2) Indulgences at MPM (18+)
Friday 03/31: Milwaukee Public Museum (Westown); 6:30pm – 10pm ($25)

For one night only, the Milwaukee Public Museum will make you part of their exhibit on “the science behind some of your most decadent cravings with hands-on experiences and delectable tastings”. Decadent samples, cash bar, and games all night.

3) Milwaukee Messenger Invitational 2017 (21+)
Saturday 04/01: Hi Hat Garage (Lower East Side); 12:30pm

Though we may not be a metropolis city, Milwaukee still has a vibrant and dedicated bike messenger community. Join in or come down to witness the 16th annual scavenger hunt-style race, the Milwaukee Messenger Invitational, this Saturday downtown. A great write-up from years past can be found here.

NOT TO DO

1) Fall for April Fool’s Day pranks

All photos by Joe Powell for The Squeaky Curd.

Image circa 2009 when the girls of Chadbourne dorm stole all the guys’ boxers and threw them in a tree. Not so much a prank as it was a jerk thing to do (Meggy).
