TO DO

1) 2nd Annual Christmas on KK (all ages)
Friday 12/01: Kinnickinnic Ave between Archer Ave & Smith St (Bay View); 5pm – 10pm (free)

It’s Christmas time in the city. Come on down to Bay View’s main street, KK, and hop from stop to stop spreading holiday cheer and donations to local organizations. Highlights include Santa at a hat shop, diy ornaments as art therapy, letters to Santa, the frighteningly-festive Krampus, and bedtime stories at a used book shop.

2) Santa Cycle Rampage (all ages)
Saturday 12/02: Cranky Al’s (Wauwatosa); 9am – 10:30am ($35)

Join literally hundreds of local santas, elves, and reindeer as they travel by two wheels from Tosa to downtown. The ride ends at Lakefront Brewery where all Santa’s little helpers get to keep the party rolling. Different spots around the city will offer discounts for participants throughout the day, so be on the lookout for red-clad bikers no matter where you are.

3) 2017 MIAD Holiday Sale (all ages)
Friday – Saturday: Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (Third Ward); 5pm – 9pm and 12pm – 5pm (free)

The student and alumni artists of MIAD throw open their doors this weekend to the public for their annual Holiday Sale. Peruse the school halls to find local artwork priced the lowest you’ll find. Pick up a piece for yourself or as a gift; either way, you’ll be supporting local artists while sprucing up your home.

NOT TO DO

1) Remember the last Big Ten Championship Game against tOSU

Instead, let’s revisit the glorious takedown of #1 Ohio State at home years back. Ah, good times had by all.
