General Rules for all contests / giveaways / sweepstakes for The Squeaky Curd:
1. Each contest is open to all qualified persons over the age of 18 unless prohibited by local law.
2. A total of one prize may be won per household address, name, and or family residing in same, per contest, whether the prize be in cash, services, or merchandise.
3. The winner will be personally responsible for all tax liability associated with winning this contest. The Squeaky Curd shall not be responsible for any Product Liability issues.
4. All decisions by the judges and/or administrators of the contest are final.
5. Prizes will not be awarded until winner has been verified for eligibility through The Squeaky Curd. Prizes must be claimed in a timely manner. Prizes not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned. Some prizes may expire. The Squeaky Curd will not be required to replace expired items.
6. Picture ID proving winner is 21 years or older is required in order to claim certain prizes, per local laws.
7. Winner must reside in the general Milwaukee, WI area. Prize will not be mailed. The Squeaky Curd will arrange with winners a time and place in Milwaukee to meet and deliver prize.
8. Contest rules may be modified by The Squeaky Curd at any time.
