Head up to the intersection of Downer Avenue and Belleview Place in The Murray Hill nieghborhood – search for that ever-elusive street parking, or pay for a public garage spot on Downer. This quiet, upscale neighborhood is a great place to settle down for dinner after a long day on your feet.

(Follow along on The Standard Tour map!)

Pizza Man is all about pairing their vast selection of wines with, you guessed it, pizza. Henry’s next door is a neighborhood bar with great pub food (try the bleu cheese-stuffed burger with tots). Cafe Hollander and BelAir Cantina, both popular local chains, are guaranteed crowd pleasers.

Finish your night flipping through books at the independent Boswell Book Company or catch a film at the restored Downer Theatre or the nearby Oriental Theatre film palace.
