Greetings and Salutations my Thursday Night Friends,

As you know, I treat every Thursday night like a holiday, because it has truly grown into something beautiful; but this Thursday in particular, is a meaningful one that hits a grand slam right into my heart – and I have all of you to thank. You who trek the cold winter nights, you who travel far and wide, you are my Thursday night family. It is because of you that this Thursday will be our 100th bar. That’s one hundred different memories! From watching some people get their groove on at Victor’s, to pedaling our way through Walker’s Point on the pedal tavern, to awarding our first ever “Member of the Year” Award to a Mr. Ryan Kempf, to hosting 2 amazing parent nights: there are so many great times to recollect. I cannot wait to see what the future has in store us, but most of all I cannot wait to see you all this Thursday!

It has been one heck of a ride!!

Besides being our 100th bar, Red Dot brings a whole lot more to the table. For starters, their cocktails are hard to beat and just looking over their beer menu has got my beer senses tingling. For those who are on the hungry side this Thursday, trust me when I say Red Dot has got you covered. With a menu that covers just about every craving on the bar food spectrum, you will definitely not be going home hungry. I must admit there is one option that is a personal favorite and every time I go I have to order it: the poutine. This dish is one for the books folks, delicious crispy french fries topped with fresh Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds and to top it all off, a traditional gravy flown in from Montreal! Jeepers I am getting hungry just writing this. Great food, great drinks, amazing people, and a fantastic celebration are all great reasons for you to come out this Thursday! Let’s drink to the memories, drink to the future, but most of all drink to Thursdays!

Cheers my friends!

Jeremy Jay Blandin
